The Residential Treatment Program at the DBT Institute of Michigan is a comprehensive and innovative program designed to help address the struggles of adult females who have severe and complex mental health disorders. We offer a total restorative environment in which residents receive compassionate, effective and Evidence-Based treatment by highly trained staff.
With a unique focus on intensive and comprehensive Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) combined with somatic and holistic therapies, we have developed a modern and integrated program that will enable residents to heal and begin their journey to a life worth living.
Our approach to treatment is personalized and each resident’s treatment will be built around their individualized needs. Treatment is delivered in the comfort of our home-like facility, where residents dine on nutritious meals prepared by professional chefs, enjoy nature walks, attend yoga sessions, engage in daily meditation and mindfulness practice, and regenerate in a comfortable surrounding that invites introspection in a safe and therapeutic manner.
We are accredited with CARF (Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilition Facilities) for our residential program. To learn more about why accrediation matters, please visit CARF’s website. We look forward to partnering with you as we work togehter to build your life worth living.
