The first step is to complete a screening appointment. Please give us a call or fill out this information request form and we'll call you back within 2 business days.
Once you have completed a screening, we will recommend the program  that would be best fit for you. Once you have been assigned a therapist, you'll have access to create your client portal account.

Adult DBT Treatment

Our DBT treatment for adults are for those who are 24 years of age and older. Those who are in this program can expect to receive weekly DBT Individual Therapy, weekly DBT Skills Group, and as needed Telephonic DBT Skills Coaching.

Young Adult DBT Treatment

DBT for young adults are for those who are around 19-23 years of age. Those who are in this program can expect to receive weekly DBT Individual Therapy, weekly DBT Skills Group, and as needed Telephonic

DBT Post Traumatic Stress Disorder

DBT-PTSD was developed to aid those individuals with co-occuring diagnosis of post traumatic stress disorder along with depression, anxiety, chronic pain, substance use disorders or any other quality of life interfering behaviors.
Our therapists that provide this treatment have received additional training to deliver this to our community.

DBT Prolonged Exposure

DBT-PE protocol is designed to treat PTSD among suicidal, self-injuring, and multi-diagnostic adolescents and adults receiving Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). Our therapists receive additional training to provide this treatment.

Friends & Family Support Group

Friends and Family Group is for those who have loved ones in our DBT Program. This program is a 8-week support group with a focus on teaching the Biosocial Theory of Borderline Personality Disorder, Dialectics and Dialectical Dilemmas of Borderline Personality Disorder, Validation Strategies, Contingency Management Strategies, the Drama Triangle, as well as some of the original DBT Skills (Core Mindfulness, Distress Tolerance, Interpersonal Effectiveness and Emotion Regulation).

Adolescent/Multi-Family DBT

The DBT treatment for adolescents and families are for those adolescents who are 12-18 years of age. We require a commitment from the adolescent’s parent (only 1) or support person to attend and participate in weekly DBT Skills Training Group with their adolescent. Adolescents can expect to attend weekly DBT Individual Therapy as well as Telephonic DBT Skills Coaching. Parents and support person can also expect to have as needed Telephonic DBT Skills Coaching (from one of the DBT Skills Training Facilitators and NOT the adolescent’s Individual Therapist).
